Firstly, send a request. There are many "Request a price" buttons on the main page. Click on one and fill out the form. Please also fill out quantity field and add your logo. You can also write some sentences on how you will like to have the layout and background colour. If not, we will make a layout based on the logofile. We will send you an offer on mail with price for you to accept or decline. 

We need vector eps, ai or pdf format, preferbly with Pantone colours spesified. If you do not have one of these, please send us your largest jpg ( or any image-file). We will check if it has good enough resolution to be printed. We will also set the Pantone colours based on the CMYK in image. 

Yes, when you have accepted the offer from us on mail we will send you a Paypal link for payment. 

We will start communicating on email after receiving your request. You can also call us. Our email signature has phone-number displayed but please note the time zone in Norway (GMT+1). We prefer to send emails.

The delivery time is approx. 4 weeks after payment. If you need them sooner than 4 weeks we will need to check.

No, we only sell to business and organzations.

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces

We send the multiheadwears DDU -( Delivery duty unpaid). Each country has its own regulation so you need to check your local customs. Normally for most european countries VAT will apply, tax for 10%  and some local cost (15-20 Euros for handling). You, as client, acts as importer in your respective country. For US and Canada there may be salestax.

The finished product will be sent directly from our production facililty in China.
